Description

Cosalic Ointment 100g contains 6% of Coal Tar and 3% Salicylic Acid for treating various skin diseases and allergies. It helps treat Psoriasis and HyperKeratotic Skin conditions effectively. Cosalic Ointment reduces itchiness; dryness helps cure scaly skin conditions. Psoriais is a chronic skin condition, which causes long-term scaly patches, skin redness, itchiness. Hyperkeratotic Skin Condition refers to the thickening of the outer layer of the skin (stratum corneum). Cosalic Ointment is dermatologically tested for reducing scaling and promoting the removal of dead skin cells.

Coal Tar: It belongs to a class of drugs called Keratoplastics. Coal Tar helps to shed dead skin cells, which results in a decrease in dryness and scaling. It helps in the reduction of itching caused by dryness in the skin.

Salicylic Acid:  Salicylic Acid helps reduce the abnormal shedding of dead skin cells. Also, in cases of Psoriasis, it helps in the removal of skin scales.
